How to register as a ClearCorrect provider

Overview

Registering with ClearCorrect is easy. There are three steps you need to take to register/create an account and sign into the Doctor Portal:

1. Register on either dr.clearcorrect.com or through Straumann eShop account. (Registration process may vary depending on region. You will be prompted with the appropriate process from dr.clearcorrect.com.)
2. Confirm registration via email.

Register to become a provider

To register as a provider through Doctor Portal, perform the following steps:

1. Go to dr.clearcorrect.com and click Register.
   
   
2. From the drop-down menu, select your country.
   
   
3. To proceed to the registration page, click the Register button.
   
   
   
   
   You will be directed to Straumann Group's eShop to create an account. Regardless of whether you already have a Straumann eShop user account or not, you’ll need to create an account.
4. To Complete the registration for your individual account, perform the following:
   • Fill in the requested information in the provided fields
   • Read and accept the privacy policy and then confirm you are not a robot.
   • Select the checkbox to receive offers and product updates from Straumann Group.
   • Click Register to submit your account request.
   
   
5. After completing the registration, you will receive an activation link via email. Please open the message and click the activation button to confirm and activate your account.  
6. Complete setting up your account by finishing registration.

• • Provide the required registration information about you & your practice
  • You will be prompted with a summary of the information you provided, along with a message that the information is being reviewed and you will be sent a confirmation email within few business days to confirm your registration.

Signing into the Doctor Portal

To sign into the Doctor Portal, perform the following steps:

1. Go to dr.clearcorrect.com and click Login with Straumann eShop credentials.
2. Sign in to the eShop with your email/username and password you created when you set up your eShop account.
   
   
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions by reading and checking the privacy statement and then click the Accept button.
   
   
4. Select the Company/Practice you want to sign in with (if you have multiple accounts they will be listed).
   
   
   
   
   If the accounts lists more than one Company or Practice, the selection will not change what can be seen or done in the ClearCorrect Doctor Portal.
5. Once your account has been successfully activated, you will have access to your Doctor Portal Manage page.

Depending on country, a sales representative may contact you shortly after registration. Your sales rep can answer all your questions, walk you through the Doctor Portal, help set up your account and assist you with submitting cases.
