Overview
ClearCorrect provides a complete portfolio of Case Packages to meet the individual needs of patients, including FLEX, MINI, ONE, TWO, UNLIMITED 3 and UNLIMITED 5. Clinicians can submit a case at no cost and review the 3D treatment setup in ClearPilot® before selecting a package.
Mid-treatment case upgrades provide additional flexibility, allowing you to begin with one package and move to another later if necessary.
Package availability varies by region, so check with your ClearCorrect or Straumann representative for local offerings.
Package pricing can be viewed in the Doctor Portal when approving the Treatment Setup. Prices may include taxes or be invoiced separately and are subject to change.
Clinicians will select the Case Package when approving the treatment setup. ClearCorrect provides guidance to help clinicians to select the package that best fits the patients' treatment needs.
Case Packages
A Case Package designed for revisions and recent relapse cases:
- Ideal for revisions and minor relapse cases.
- No expiration date, treatment continues as needed by adding aligners.
- Additional cost applies for new Treatment Setups, Revisions and Retainers.
- Upgrades not applicable.
A Case Package designed for very mild cases:
Ideal for very mild cases, including mild relapse cases and treatment of the aesthetic zone.
Includes up to 12 sets of aligners.
Includes treatment setup and 1 revision; additional cost applies for retainers.
Revision and retainer orders must be submitted and approved within 6 months* after the shipment date of the initial aligners.
Upgrade available to ONE (must be completed before submitting the revision).
A Case Package designed for mild cases:
Ideal for mild cases, including Class I, mild crowding or spacing, and mild overbite or overjet reduction.
Includes up to 24 sets of aligners.
Includes treatment setup, 1 revision, and 1 set of retainers.
Revision and retainer orders must be submitted and approved within 12 months* after the shipment date of the initial aligners.
Upgrade available to TWO.
A Case Package designed for moderate cases:
Ideal for moderate cases, including mild Class II and Class III, moderate to severe crowding or spacing, vertical discrepancies, and anterior or molar rotations.
Includes up to 48 sets of aligners.
Includes treatment setup, 2 revisions, and 2 sets of retainers.
Revision and retainer orders must be submitted and approved within 24 months* after the shipment date of the initial aligners.
Upgrade available to UNLIMITED THREE.
A Case Package designed for moderate to severe cases:
Ideal for moderate to severe cases, including Class II and Class III, moderate to severe crowding or spacing, vertical discrepancies, and anterior or molar rotations.
Includes unlimited sets of aligners for three years.
Includes treatment setup, unlimited revisions, 2 sets of retainers.
Revision and retainer orders must be submitted and approved within 36 months* after the shipment date of the initial aligners.
Upgrade available to UNLIMITED 5.
A Case Package designed for severe cases:
Ideal for severe cases, including combination cases, phase-based treatments, extractions, and potentially noncompliant patients with treatment interruptions.
Unlimited sets of aligners for five years.
Includes treatment setup, unlimited revisions, 2 sets of retainers.
Revision and retainer orders must be submitted and approved within 60 months* after the shipment date of the initial aligners.
Upgrades not applicable.
Retainers & Revisions
Retainers are not included in all Case Packages and can be purchased separately at FLEX pricing when needed. They can be based either on a specified treatment.
- Retainers are available at FLEX prices.
- Additional cost for retainers on the MINI package.
- During ONE package, you may order up to one set of retainers at the end of treatment, within 12 months after the shipment date of the initial set of aligners.
- During TWO package, you may order up to two sets of retainers at the end of treatment, within 24 months after the shipment date of the initial set of aligners.
- During UNLIMITED 3 package, you may order up to two sets of retainers at the end of treatment, within 36 months after the shipment date of the initial set of aligners.
- During UNLIMITED 5 package, you may order up to two sets of retainers at the end of treatment, within 60 months after the shipment date of the initial set of aligners.
Allow clinicians to update the treatment plan if the teeth deviate from the expected tracking or if further correction is needed.
- Revisions are available at FLEX prices.
- The MINI package includes one revision.
- The ONE package includes one revision.
- The TWO package includes two revisions.
- The UNLIMITED 3 package includes unlimited revisions (up to three years).
- The UNLIMITED 5 package includes unlimited revisions (up to five years).
Aligner Replacements
Aligners that are lost or damaged during the treatment can be replaced to avoid delays. There is an additional charge for replacements in all Case Packages. For damaged aligners or any product-related issues, please contact Customer Care.
- Go to the Manage Orders page and locate the specific case you need the replacements for.
- Click on the case to access the Case Details page.
- Click on Case Actions tab.

Select Replacements option.
- Check that the correct patient's name and case number are displayed .
- Select the aligner step for the upper and/or lower arch, enter the steps you want to replace and click 'Update'.
- Review the replacement fee, billing details and final cost.
- Click the checkbox to confirm Terms and conditions.

Click Submit to place the order.

Click on "Complete Order".
Case Upgrades
ClearCorrect provides a diverse range of treatment packages tailored to each patient's unique requirements. We offer "Case Upgrades," which allows clinicians to confidently choose the best option for their patients, as they have the flexibility to upgrade the Case Package later during the treatment process. This enhancement provides additional support for in-treatment cases, ensuring the utmost flexibility and satisfaction for both clinicians and patients.
The "Case Upgrades" are available to purchase for active cases with at least one shipped phase. Once an upgrade is purchased, the current case terms will be updated to reflect the new package. Please note: we will only allow cases to be upgraded to the next Case Package available in your market.
The case end date of the upgraded case will reflect the term associated with the new package, as calculated from the original start date, which will be unchanged. Additionally, the upgraded Case Package components (i.e. included revisions and retainers) will be applied to the existing case, minus revisions and retainers already ordered. This means that any revisions or retainer orders used prior to the upgrade will still be counted towards your total case allotment.
- Increases the cap on revisions or retainers included in your Case Package.
- Increases the length of the Case Package (extends the expiry date).

ClearCorrect offers you the advantage of a wide variety of Case Packages and the convenience of self-service upgrades, all accessible directly through the Doctor Portal. Please note, case upgrades are not available for FLEX or UNLIMITED 5 treatment packages.
Case Upgrades can be ordered from the Case Details page or when requesting a revision.
Instructions for Upgrading your case in the Doctor Portal:
- Go to the Manage Orders page and locate the specific case you wish to upgrade.
- Click on the case to access the Case Details page.
- Click on Case Actions tab.
- Select UPGRADE to continue current treatment plan.
- A popup will appear with information about the available upgrades. Review the details carefully.
- Verify your payment information and billing address for the upgrade.

If you agree with the upgrade details and are ready to proceed, click on AGREE AND PAY to complete the Case Upgrade process.

Click on Complete Order.
