How to Submit Records using DS Core Platform

Overview


Sending scan records to ClearCorrect via DS Core

  1. Make sure ClearCorrect has been set up as the preferred lab in your DS Core account.

  2. Create the scan file and complete the sending to lab process on the DS Core platform, choosing ClearCorrect as the lab.

  3. Include the ClearCorrect case ID in the message details to ensure correct matching. The case ID can be found in Doctor Portal or Sync App.


Setting up ClearCorrect as Preferred Lab in DS Core

  1. Once logged in, on the main dashboard, click on the provider’s initials in the upper right-hand corner, scroll down, and click Practice.

  2. In the Practice info and menu header, click on Preferred Labs tab.

  3. Click on Add Preferred Lab blue button.

  4. Search for ClearCorrect.

  5. Select the account with this email address: DS_Core@clearcorrect.com.

  6. Click Add as Preferred Lab.

Tips

  • Before submitting your scans to ClearCorrect, create a ClearCorrect case for your patient.

  • You may also download records from the DS Core platform and upload the files to your ClearCorrect submission manually. Export the STL files to your computer and upload those files just like the photos when you submit a case.
